The purpose of this course is to encourage early childhood educators to enhance the offerings of blocks in their setting as well as expand their understanding of concepts that can be introduced through their use.

Participants will learn about the importance of blocks in the classroom and how to manage their use. Also included is an inventory checklist and ideas for assessing block play.
